Frequently Asked Questions

    • Step 1: Submit an application (online or hard copy)

    • Step 2: Submit required supporting documents (birth certificate, proof of vaccination as required by the Ministry of Education (MOE) Trinidad & Tobago, proof of guardianship where applicable, etc.) See application form or contact the Registrar for a full list of supporting documents.

    • Step 3: Initial assessment of application

    • Step 4: Based on initial assessment results, an interview with parent(s)/guardian(s)

    • Step 5: School board/principal approval

    • Step 6: Notification of application approval followed by an invitation to register

    • Step 7: Signing of admission forms and other documents (ie. code of conduct, etc.)

  • Yes, there is an application fee. The application fee is non-refundable.

  • The application deadline for enrollment at the beginning of the school year is May 31, 2026. Students may also be admitted during the school year, depending on availability and individual circumstances.

  • After submission, our admissions officers will complete their initial assessment of your application and contact you for an interview.

  • Yes, there is a tuition fee. We will announce the full tuition and fee schedule soon.

  • The application process takes approximately two (2) to three (3) weeks. You will be notified at the end of this process. If successful, you will be invited for an interview. The interview process takes approximately two (2) to three (3) weeks. You will be notified at the end of the interview process. If successful, you will be invited to register for admission. The registration process takes approximately two (2) weeks. There is a non-refundable registration fee. Registration includes a sibling discount.

  • Yes, you will be notified if your child has been added to the waitlist and offered the opportunity to accept or decline your waitlist spot. This is not a guarantee of admission, but your child may still be admitted if other students decline their offers.

  • Yes, depending on availability and circumstances. Final approval is at the discretion of the principal and school board.
